Before Your First Session

What to Expect

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and how I can best support you. There's no pressure - just a safe, welcoming conversation.

Insurance & Payment

I accept most major insurance plans including Blue Cross, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Cigna. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those experiencing financial hardship. Payment is due at the time of service, and I can provide you with a superbill for insurance reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
